1. Access with subscription

If you have subscribed to medical service plans, with or without devices, the administrator user must install the application and validate their details (National ID, phone and/or email). To do this, follow these simple steps:

Download the APP.
Complete the registration process:
- Enter your Name, phone, email and National ID.
- We will validate your phone with an SMS.
From this moment, you have access to the contracted services, and you can create new users up to your subscription limit, who can follow these steps to have homedoctor on their devices.

2. Access with code

If you have purchased a homedoctor device, you will have a code received by SMS to use the homedoctor application; If you have contracted services through our Official Partners, you will have a one-time code to activate your medical services. In both cases, follow these simple steps:

Download the APP.
Complete the registration process:
- Enter your Name, phone, email and National ID.
- We will validate your phone with an SMS.
Access any measurement section, and on the subscription screen click the "I have a code" button:
- Use the code we sent you by SMS.
You can now use your new device(s) with the homedoctor APP. Additionally, if you wish, you can access paid medical services on demand.
