The Digital Hospital Concept

Is homedoctor just a video call app? +
No. We are a Digital Hospital. We combine video chat with physical devices (Monitor4, CareBox3) that allow real diagnoses with real-time clinical data.
What is a 'Personal Primary Care Doctor'? +
You are assigned a personal doctor who leads your health and longevity plan, knowing your history for continuous and proactive care.

Using the MediSoft App

How to request a consultation? +
From the home screen, red 'Medical Care' button. There you can choose between your 'Personal Doctor' or 'Specialists'.
How do I access the Emergency service? +
From the home screen, red 'Medical Care' button and press 'SOS Doctor'. A doctor will assist you in less than a minute.
Can I add medical reports or history? +
Of course. Use the 'HISTORY' shortcut at the bottom of the app to upload all your medical information.
Where can I see my appointments? +
In the 'APPOINTMENTS' section located in the bottom menu of the app.

Medical Technology

Can the doctor see data in real-time? +
Yes, the doctor can see the device data in real-time during the consultation or access previously stored measurements.
What does Monitor4 measure? +
It measures blood pressure, blood oxygen (SpO2), temperature and performs medical-grade electrocardiograms (ECG).

Security and Trust

What certifications do you have? +
We comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (medical devices), ISO 27001 (information security), ENS, and NIS2 regulations.
Are the prescriptions legal? +
Yes, we issue approved electronic prescriptions with a QR code valid in any pharmacy in Spain.
