In the event that you wish to cancel your account, please consider the following:

  • 2. Account Deletion: Account deletion is an irreversible process. All data associated with your account, including history, app settings, and activity logs, will be permanently deleted.

Steps to follow:

  • Send us an email at info@homedoctor.es requesting the cancellation of the service and your subscription.
  • If you prefer, you can call our customer service at +34 91 949 63 19 and request the cancellation of the service and your subscription.
  • From the moment we receive your cancellation request until the deletion of your enabled account occurs, a maximum duration of 30 days is estimated due to the technical actions derived from the deletion process.
